How do I place an order?
For online ordering, we've set up a Paypal checkout - to take the stress away from purchasing online! Paypal is a secure, safe way to pay for products over the net. Paypal payments use your credit card or bank account to pay for products. To register for an account or for more information about Paypal, visit www.paypal.com.au.

Alternatively, you can place an order v ia email, or download the order form and fax or post in.

Payment methods we accept include credit card, direct deposit, cheque or money order. All payments must be received within 7 days otherwise we will assume you no longer want the purchase.  Once your payment has been processed, your order will be dispatched.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?
All orders are processed shortly from receival, and delivered to you within 2-4 business days upon payment.  If you require a more immediate form of delivery, just contact us, and we can make relevant arrangements. 

Do you have any other garment colours or sizes?
Zanimals rompers and tees are available in white only, and available in the sizing stated on the shopping page and order form. We aim to increase the range of sizing as demand increases in the near future.

What materials are used in the garments?
The rompers and tees are 65% polyester, 35% cotton, made in Vietnam. This combination allows our inks to last longer on the garments. Our inks are specially formulated for heat-pressing, and should last many years! All garments are hand-printed and packaged in our warehouse in Bathurst, NSW.

Are Zanimals products available in a retail store?
Zanimals are currently an exclusive brand available directly through our website, or via local farmers markets around the Central West, Blue Mountains and Canberra.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?
At this stage we do not deliver overseas, but we may in the future depending on demand.

How do I look after Zanimals products?
All Zanimals garments are machine washable in COLD water. Tumble dry at LOW heat and please do not use BLEACH. No resposiblity will be taken when "Care of Garment" is not followed.

Return Policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us in its original "new & unused" condition within 14 days of goods being dispatched.

"New & Unused" condition means all original tags are still attached, items are unworn and unsoiled. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.

Refunds
In the event that you wish to return an item for refund, please email us to notify you are returning item/s. Post the item back to us and we will refund you once we have received the goods in their original condition. You will be refunded by the same method which you paid, excluding the original postage charges.

We do not refund on Sale discounted items or customised designs, unless the item is faulty. All postage costs for refunded items is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
In order to exchange your goods for another product, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of dispatch of goods. Contact us to notify you wish to exchange goods and nominate an alternative product (as we will hold the product for you). Original item/s must be returned in 'new & unused' condition (as stipulated above).

All postage costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep appropriate proof of postage for your returns - as occasionally parcels may go missing in the post. Otherwise we will assume that your goods were not returned.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your goods safely for dispatch. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, we cannot accept responsibility for any goods damaged through Australia Post. All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.

Faulty Products
Should you encounter a faulty product, then please contact us as we are happy to exchange your product or offer a full refund. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Zanimals.

Substitution policy
Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be occasions where a garment or Tee is not available from our suppliers. In these cases, Zanimals reserves the right to make substitutions of products with equal or greater value.

Product colour discrepancies & portrayal
Photos depicted are a guideline only.  Please note that designs and colours may vary depending on the season. As Zaminals designs are hand printed there maybe occasion that garments may have imperfections

Every effort is made to portray items accurately in our marketing materials (website, brochures, order forms, etc). Please be advised that computer screen settings vary, and can affect the way products appear to the viewer. Zanimals cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies, and make every effort to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
